How can I order customized products with the school logo?

We explain the detailed process of group purchasing on the page "How does our online store work?".

What are the delivery times for customized products?

The group order will be open from May 6, 2024, to May 18, 2024. Orders will be delivered in June 2024. The exact date will be agreed upon with you by email.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is free! Your order will be delivered to the Giesing or Sendling site. You can choose the site when you confirm your order. Thanks to the group purchase and on-site collection, shipping costs are waived.

What payment options are available?

We offer all common payment methods: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

We use "Shopify Payments," a robust and secure payment system.

Who is conducting the sale?

All operational aspects related to the eShop LJR are managed by Maison Rouchon GmbH. Find out who is behind this project on our "About us" page.

I am not there; I cannot pick up my order; what should I do?

Write to us with your order number, and we will find a solution together (alternative appointment, individual shipping...).

Return policy

What is your return policy for customized items?

Our return policy for customized items is specific due to their tailor-made nature. Since these products are manufactured on demand and bear the school logo, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for a refund or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or major problems. However, if you encounter issues with your order, we invite you to contact us. Although our general policy excludes the return of customized items, we are committed to finding a solution that satisfies you.

Can I exchange an item if the size or color does not suit me?

As our customized products are specifically designed for each LJR order, we generally do not offer the possibility of exchange due to size issues. However, we encourage you to contact us if you have concerns. If we receive numerous exchange requests for size reasons from families, we might consider finding the appropriate size, although we cannot guarantee this possibility.

What if my customized product arrives damaged or with a printing error or in the embroidery?

If you receive a customized product that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will take the necessary steps to assess the problem and provide an adequate solution. This may include a partial or full refund or the replacement of the damaged item, depending on the defect observed and the availability of stock. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction with every customized order.

Can I add a name or custom text in addition to the school logo?

At this moment, we do not offer custom text in addition to the school logo. Let us know if you would like us to explore options in this regard. If there is sufficient demand, we will look for solutions for future group orders.

Maintenance and Use

How should I wash the customized clothing to preserve the print?

Washing instructions: Wash with similar colors. Wash and iron inside out to preserve the quality of the product.
